01 — What we collect

When you fill out a lead form, request a quote, or send us a message through this site, you choose to share:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your address or ZIP code
• A short description of your roofing issue (optional)

We also automatically collect technical context that helps us route your inquiry and keep the site working: the page you submitted from, the page that referred you to our site (if any), and any UTM tracking parameters in the URL. Our web server logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, request time) for spam prevention and basic analytics.

We don’t ask for and don’t want your Social Security number, government IDs, payment details, or health information through this site. If you call us, anything you share over the phone is treated under the same standards described here.

02 — How we use it

We use the information you share to:

• Call you back about your roofing inquiry within 24 hours
• Schedule a drone inspection or in-person estimate
• Route the lead to the right person on our team based on your area and the type of work
• Send a written assessment and itemized quote after inspection
• Follow up about scheduling, materials, permits, and completion of any work you agree to

We don’t use your contact information for advertising campaigns, mass marketing, or third-party promotions.

03 — Who we share it with

Your information is shared only as needed to do the work:

• Coronado Roofing crew and office staff. The team running your job sees your name, address, and project details.
• Email and CRM tools we use to run the business. These are standard business tools (email service, customer-relationship software) bound by their own privacy obligations.
• Insurance adjusters — only when you’ve asked us to file or support a claim. We share drone footage and a written assessment with your adjuster at your request.
• Government agencies when required by law. Permit applications include property address; subpoenas and legal orders are honored.

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers, data brokers, other roofers, or affiliate networks.

04 — Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal cookies. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics service to count page views and understand which content is useful — anonymized at the IP-address level, no cross-site behavioral tracking, no advertising profiles built from your visit.

If we add additional analytics or marketing tools later (for example, conversion tracking on a paid-ad campaign), we’ll update this policy with what changed.

05 — How long we keep it

Lead form submissions are kept for as long as we may need them for legitimate business purposes — typically seven years, matching Arizona’s standard business records retention period. Project files (photos, drone footage, written assessments, signed contracts, warranty documentation) are kept for the manufacturer-warranty period of any work we performed plus seven years after completion.

Server logs are kept for 90 days. Anonymized analytics data is kept indefinitely.

06 — Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your information, except where we’re legally required to keep it (signed contracts, warranty records, insurance documentation, tax records)
• Stop receiving non-essential communications from us

07 — Children’s privacy

This site isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, contact us and we’ll delete it.

08 — Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes (new sharing categories, new analytics tools, new uses of your information) will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days before they take effect.
